A 10% non refundable, non transferable deposit is required to secure a booking.
A refundable security/ damages deposit will be payable.
The full balance payment, and the security/ damages deposit, are required to be paid 4 weeks prior to arrival or immediately after the booking if the booking is within 4 weeks of the arrival date.
Linen, Towels and all bills included.
No smoking / No pets.
Payments can be taken by debit or credit card, or UK bank transfer. Card payments incur a 2.5% surcharge.
Check-in from 14:00. You are asked to check-out before 11:00
